We started our business in 2019 in a shelter home with one goal in mind, creating delicious and interesting plant-based food for vegans out there. Used to flavour our stew
Replacing tomato with kimchi, our minestrone stew produces a new tangy and spicy flavour found nowhere else.
KOJI
Used as a natural sweetner
By fermenting Japanese cooked rice, we uses it to impart its unique umami of a perfect combination of sweet and savoury.
PONZU
Served in our salad
Our ponzu is made mainly from fermenting organic black soy with pomegranate, producing a sweet and fruity aroma.
